"There is no shortcut when applying to US colleges. Mrs Mahadoo emphasized this fact every time we had a Skype session to discuss the progress of my application. I chose to work with her because she asked us for our hard work and dedication in exchange for hers. She knows the application process. She knows what colleges are looking for. I was convinced that she was the right person to guide me in the long and tedious application process. I was right. Talking to her urged me to contemplate about my achievements in life and my future endeavors, and I could thus select appropriate and interesting aspects of my life that I wanted to share with admissions officers. I was accepted at several great colleges from which I chose Colgate.
